Privacy Policy
Last Updated: February 9, 2026
1. Introduction
Univia ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our self-custodial wallet services.
Important: Univia is a non-custodial wallet. We do not have access to your private keys, funds, or personal information associated with your wallet usage unless explicitly provided by you (e.g., support requests).
2. Information We Collect
We collect minimal data to provide and improve our services:
- Usage Data: We may collect anonymous, aggregated data about how you interact with our application (e.g., sessions, feature usage) to improve performance. This data is not linked to your wallet address or identity.
- Device Information: We may collect limited device information such as operating system version and app version to ensure compatibility and debug issues.
- Blockchain Data: Your public wallet address and transaction history are publicly available on the blockchain. We do not control this data.
3. Information We Do NOT Collect
- Private Keys & Recovery Phrases: We never have access to your private key or seed phrase. These are stored locally on your device and are encrypted.
- Personal Identifiable Information (PII): We do not collect names, email addresses, or phone numbers unless you voluntarily provide them for support or newsletters.
4. How We Use Information
We use the limited data we collect effectively to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Univia wallet.
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues.
- Comply with legal obligations (if applicable, though we possess minimal user data).
5. Third-Party Services
Our wallet may integrate with third-party services (e.g., detailed transaction history providers, swaps, fiat on-ramps). These services may collect their own data according to their privacy policies. Interactions with decentralized applications (dApps) are subject to the privacy policies of those specific dApps.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the integrity of our software. However, because you hold your own keys, you are responsible for securing your device and recovery phrase. We cannot recover lost funds or keys.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
